LiveTour Audio Travel Guide is an application for get tho most out of your tour. The software provides information (audio, pictures, etc.) on the landmarks and sights of cities. It includes an automatic feature that, if GPS location data is provided by the User, will start segments automatically upon reaching a landmark. Alternatively, the app may be used manually without the automatic feature.
3. DATA PROCESSING ACTIVITIES
3.1. Sensitive Information Processing
When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we process the following categories of sensitive information:
3.2. Geolocation Information
We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
3.3. Location Data
We collect location data such as information about your device’s location, which can be either precise or imprecise. How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the service. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Location setting on your device. However, if you choose to opt out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the services.
3.3 Functionality
Your current location tracking is vital to the automatic functioning of the travel guide app. As you enter certain predesignated areas, the app will start playing the corresponding audio track and content. This feature is necessary if you want to conveniently lock your device and still receive the audio blocks without further complications and delay. Alternatively, you can opt out and deny the use of GPS tracking on your device. In which case, you have to start each commentary block manually.
4. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
4.1. Data Collecting
The Software collects technical parameters of the User’s mobile device.
4.2. Use of Data
We check if the User is in the vicinity of a landmark; this processing is happening on the device without sending location data to any server. All data will remain on your mobile device.
5. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
5.1. Data Access
If the User allows the Application to access location data while running, the Software will have access to location data but will neither store it nor send/share it with any third-party. We do not send it to our server or any other server.
6. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
6.1. Right to Access
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the information featured in point 3.
6.2. Right to Rectification
You have the right to obtain from us without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Considering the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
6.3. Right to Erasure
You have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay, and we shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay if it is mandatory according to Article 17 of GDPR.
6.4. Right to Be Forgotten
If we made the personal data public and are obliged to erase your personal data, we inform controllers which are processing the personal data that you have requested the erasure by such controllers of any links to, or copy or replication of, those personal data.
6.5. Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing if it is obligatory according to Article 18 of GDPR.
6.6. Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us if it is possible according to Article 20 of GDPR.
6.7. Right to Deny Request
You have the right to deny supporting data or forfeit the use of supporting data. In which case, you will lose the benefits of the automatic feature of the app.
6.8. Right to Complain
